Extra luggage added refund

Hi there, It is already 2 months that I am trying to get refunded of my luggage for the flight num ODZLJV. Ticket was bought through an agency but I added extra luggage using your website www.lufthansa.com I have called your customer service in Spain, +34 9********, and they say that they cannot help me because it was charged in pounds. I tried to use your chat but no option available for this question. I have sent a couple of emails using your contact from without response, so I hope that now you can help me. I was charged 6 x 22 pounds (25.69Eur) in my credit card. Number that appears in the charge is 822772****. Kind regards. Xavier Llopis User's recommendation: Customer service getting worse and worse.
