I have been forced into escrow for alleged claim of not paying the taxes, and I did get a copy from county Tax assessor office showing that I did pay, and at the same time for two years only Ditch and Green Tree have done so, and county provided a copy of refund to Lender for full amount which Ditech and Green acres never acknowledged, and then I send them a copy, they told me that, that is different Department and we are not concern with them and credit, you owe us money, and finally I paid them off with new loan and they charged me $16 K for no reason, and I am still battling with them, they know they crossed the line, but I need a Good Consumer attorney, if anyone knows one, in California, permeably southern CA, thank you.
