Island Recreational installed my pool. The lies from day 1 just kept going.. Started with the sales boy said everything is inclusive in the package deal.. I payed an additional more than $400 for pump installation and I dont need Pool Permit which I did not listen. Im a HealthCare worker and would not gamble with lives.....

Staff are ignoring or avoiding to resolve issues..You can leave numerous messages but will not return calls.. THEY JUST DONT CARE User’s recommendation: Avoid this store.. Headache from day one.. Staff are hiding to talk to customer.

Can't get my parcel for a week now
Riga. Aweful experience. Can't receive my parcel for a week already. First, the courier sends a message at 7:15 a. M. That he will deliver in 45min. Not the day before or several days before. But the same early morning. Then i contact them to ask if they can deliver at a specific time (specifically starting from 12:30 pm), but no, their courier repeats the same actions. After that they send me an email saying my parcel can be delivered not on the next day (or afternoon / evening of the same day), but in a day. They never listen when it's convinient for me to receive.
