I purchased a television from Costco and was told it would be delivered in 3 to 5 days. I was contacted by Innovel (delivery service) by email 4 days later and responded to the email. I got no reply. I finally got the phone number from pissed consumer website. When I called the customer service, they said it will be another week before delivery. POOR Communication!!!!!! User's recommendation: be careful when ordering large items from Costco for home delivery.
