Didn’t give me my money back how I paid it’s been 2 months

I ordered a pair of headphone at the GameStop in linden nj. They did it as a delivery to my house. They delivered it but I never received the package they never rang the doorbell. I called customer service and they said they had to investigate what happened they did never but never called me back I called back they did the investigation and they said they could give me a new pair of headphones a gift card or the money back as I paid I said as I paid on my cash card. I week later I get a gift card in the mail and now Im being told theres nothing that could be done. You guys need to give me my money back on my chase card I have bills that I need to pay and I cant pay them with a GameStop gift card
