Delivery wasn’t received and tried contacting the courier company and Lume.for over a week.

I made an error in my suite number for my order delivery. lume sent an email to contact the courier company which I did for over a week. I also tried sending messages to lume with no response. I tried the chat option, and she directed me to a secure sight where I had to pay $5.00 to get any answers. All I want is to receive my order I paid for 3 weeks ago, or get a refund. It is unbelievable that this company does not have a phone number to call. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with User's recommendation: Don't expect to get any sort of assistance if something goes wrong with your order.
