Very poor service
Very disgusting service, in other words no service at all. You can never call or get information. There is no hot water in our house for the third day, moreover, there is no heating yet, the holidays start tomorrow and the Heat Service does nothing to solve this problem, but autumn is already here. Why do citizens have to pay for such a disgusting service? It seems to me that if a company is unable to fulfill its obligations, then it is necessary to terminate the contract with it and find another one.
