Contacted company to cancel membership almost 2 weeks ago, no response

Duolingo's website is very difficult to navigate to find a way to cancel the membership. I have emailed them twice and found a number on line that someone else had tracked down. I left a message there and have still not had a response. User's recommendation: DO NOT SIGN UP FOR DUOLINGO PLUS!!! Stick with the free version.
