We were shopping for DME and were told it would be 15 days to process our order and that we would be called to authorize our purchase. 3 hours later we called back and requested to cancel our order because 15 days was too long and they said it already shipped. Totally unethical. charging someone's credit card without authorization. User's recommendation: Find another provider.
