I inadvertently put a second item in my cart. I contacted customer service to have it removed I was given an option to cancel entire order and reorder again on line which is what I did. After I had ordered a pillow, I landed on a web page with “art” by a John Schwegel. I was aghast at his graphics and graphic work featuring words promoting the deaf violent death

Schwegels poster featuring violent graphic imagery celebrating the harm and death of a cat is despicable and must be banned. User’s recommendation: Stay away from Fine Art America until they banish this “artist.”.

I placed an order during their Memorial Day sale of 20% off and did not receive. My confirmation of order email came right after 8PM PST and their sale was until midnight EST.

After contacting Fine Art America regarding this I got a response of sorry the sale is during certain times of the year, maybe next time. Again I responded showing the time of the confirmation of the order and requesting it be checked into. I never received any further response. from dishonest Fine Art America!
