Charged lawyer fees for mistake they made

Our house was sold for owed taxes even though caliber claimed they were paying them. They then hired a lawyer to get our house back but charged us with the legal fees. Lawyer told court we never informed them that we got legal letters about the sale even though i called them every time I got one. I just got another one for a different year. Guess its time i got my own legal help.
