I want to change address on order

They had no one answering the call. Everything is done on-line and we were unable to change the address ourselves. Very disappointed and frustrated that there was no way to resolve this problem.

I ordered this canvas picture early enough to have it for Christmas. I never got it. So now I will be embarrassed to go the my friends and not have his gift User’s recommendation: Not sure now with the problem.

Paid extra for faster shipping got regular shipping anyway

Don’t bother calling to 800 numbers. It’s just a message directing you to the website. User’s recommendation: If you can find a company that you can speak to a live person on the phone oh, I would definitely go that route.
