I called and canceled my reservation on Friday morning because I checked out of the hotel the reservation was for sat and I was still charged but this charge was done at 7:40 pm I never checked into the hotel but because my card was on file they used it and took the money off card for a cancellation and I would like to be reimbursed today because this was not authorized this was only to hold the room in case I was to stay and I didnt I was home in Warner Robins ga because my mom went home from the hospital on that Friday
