Change last name in my ticket

I am waiting for you replied, is very dificult to contac you, I called one phone number I selected one option, andthe phone stop answerig, I tried many times, to buy a ticket is easy but to get customer service is very dificult, it is the last time I fligth with aeromexico, User's recommendation: Be patient is dificult to contac you.
