Carless/Incompetence

This is the WORST...EXPERIENCE my daughter Miya had, as a kidney patient with many complications, she DID NOT...have the best quality of care, the staff and charge nurse on 3NW are insensitive to my daughter's needs. Poor excuse for a hospital, I feel because of my race may also be an issue. I will need a second opinion, and get legal advice.
