Child’s info missing under “switch” in adult parent account. No Doctors visible, No appoints prior/upcoming, No meds, etc. PPWK signed in 11/2020 due to age. This is the 3rd occurrence! 1x after 11/2020 with Old Portal & 2x’s with New Portal. User’s recommendation: PERSISTENCE when needed, COVID or not!
