They made a sofa I got from The Sofa Company. It was so horrible they had to take the entire thing back. It sat for a month. Then took another month because fhey have no pride in workmanship and had to redo it six times. That doesn’t count the minor stuff of misplaced patterns or understuffed pillows. I cancelled the extended warranty because they don’t care, they lie and twist your words. What they don’t care about is you and your satisfaction.
