Charged me interest during Covid. No way of contacting Navient. Will not lower my payment Navient said they were sending my loans to consumer reports User’s recommendation: Do not get student loans. It’s a TRAP!!

Error on my credit report.

Error on my credit report. I received a permanent discharge due to my 100% disability with the VA and it was service-connected. Three of my loans have already been taken care of, but the biggest one is apparently still in processing. No one could tell me why.
