Cameras are not recording videos

Someone unknown was inside my backyard and my sistem cameras are not saving And recording videos !!!! I need assistance as soon as possible because I am paying a service for nothing and I need to call the police to investigate this situation and show them in my videos who was here in my house trying to get my pets
