MY DESKTOP FAN HAS BEEN SERVICING MY FAMILY FOR YEARS. I'M CURRENTLY CLEANING THE FAN AND HAVE FOUND THAT THE BLADES ARE SUBSTANTIALLY WORN AND, IF POSSIBLE, I WOULD LIKE TO REPLACE THE BLADES. I DON'T HAVE THE TOOL TO REMOVE THE BLADES FOR CLEANING AND THE WEARING OF THE BLADES COLLECTS DUST MORE RAPIDLY REQUIRING MORE FREQUENT CLEANING.
