They are unethical and deceptive
When I try to terminate service with Safetouch they always come up with a new reason – contract ‘automatically’ renews and can only be terminated at a certain point that has always been passed. People on the phone are very rude and NEVER helpful. Stay as far away from this company as possible!

Don’t bother buying. Much better systems on the market for much less money. Their warranty is good until they decide to change the terms and not tell you. I’ve had multiple panels replaced under the warranty, now the panel is not covered. Costs $350! A newer and more updated alarm costs less!

Country Language
I went to the AZ Electronics store to order the product. When ordering a product, the information about the product ID came in an incomprehensible language, ie not in the State language. Well that the ID number was understandable. Said when the product will be in the store, will send an SMS, after a few days the SMS came again in an incomprehensible language, not the State language. (There is evidence in the pictures). Information about the product also came to the e-mail in an incomprehensible language. I ordered the product in the store itself, here even in Canada, and not somewhere abroad.
