Ordered a blue/white outdoor rug. Needed to return it wasn’t what I wanted. Like I said before I’ll never do business with this company again. They don’t care about their customers, only thing they think about his making a dollar. User’s recommendation: No Way.
Order an outside rug was not what I wanted. Being trying to get a return confirmation haven’t got it yet. Tried calling several times won’t answer the phone, sent email still no reply. This is a *** more company to order from. User’s recommendation: Will not recommend this company to to no one.
They never did call me back…however I found out what I needed by going on line to their website. Strange, the information was not in the catalog, but was on line. Their personnel did not seem to know that when I called. All is well and I will know next time to go to the website.
