Bought a brand new Sony TV and plugged it in and I don’t work

Sony TV and plugged it in and I dont work I have been trying for the past month going on two months with proof of contacting Sony every day since the day I got the TV trying to get it fixed and was told if I sent him pictures of the TV and everything else they would come fix it or exchange it out for a different one saying that I have it under warranty and then after I done all that they proceeded to tell me I needed all this other stuff and information from the store I got it from And a lot more other stuff so much I just cant type it all out User's recommendation: I would never ever buy a Sony TV ever again if they do not fix the situation me or my friends or family will never buy another Sony product ever.
