I would have to write a book however my insurance set up is Dr. Visits no fee and specialist $100......Even though we just discuss there is always a clinic charge and other inconsistent charges with that visit...talking with billing department is a waste of time, they talk with you and we wait a few weeks to check the progress and they have no notes on our conversation. This is just a small example. My insurance pays a claim too Loyola and Loyola does not credit my bill for that amount, however I have sent it all the information they need to see these errors. Nothing gets accomplished. Working on some for 6 months. Multiple issues.. User's recommendation: Change to an other provider.
