They installed a over the range microwave with vent to exhaust it externally. They performed the duct work too. Their quality of work is extremely poor and sometime could be hazardous. They installed the duct and then cut the drywall to for microwave to vent the air. Half of the vent is over the drywall that it is discharging hot air into the gap between drywall and only half of the opening leads into the actual vent. Their customer service is even worse, instead of feeling bad about the quality and doing something for customer to fix the situation, they want to charge for that work ..... go figure if you use them for your work.
