I placed two orders to Cay Boutique on December 11, 2017 for personalized embroidered towels, through an offer from Groupon. The money was immediately deducted from my account from both Groupon and from Cay Boutique (shipping and handling). I received a confirmation number that day for both orders. personalized towels

Ordered personalized 5 personalized towels in Decemeber of 2017 and never received anything. First couple of months in 2018 the website was still active saying that it was undergoing maintenance and that any orders placed would take longer to complete. I will never purchase anything from this company again!! It would appear that it’s a fake and ripes people off. I have contacted them several times since placing my order during the holidays back in early December 2016. To this day, the bookkeeping of the Melbourne House Manager's "Centrs" department cannot find my payment for the July (!) bill, but I can calculate the fine beautifully. Neither their accountant can be called at the times indicated on the website, nor can they be contacted by e-mail. Lucky today - some girl finally picked up the phone. I get to hear that without knowing anything in her, she can't help her, and yes, they really don't do anything here, in the end they dropped the phone. With all due respect to the heavy department center accounting work, I don't believe it takes three months to find a single payment. And don't even have to complain about this. Any station center employee I call calls to send a payment order again. It will soon meet a real pack of paper copies of my payment order... The coolest thing is that the main office of the manager of Melbourne House does not answer phone calls, and when you answer, you are welcome to call the accounting department of the district... Some vicious circle from the Soviet times... would be answered by a normal person who could find my payment in at least a week... Total despair...
