Brand unit install already malfunctioning

Beware of the quality of HVAC work that this company does

They installed a over the range microwave with vent to exhaust it externally. They performed the duct work too. Their quality of work is extremely poor and sometime could be hazardous. This company sucks, I wouldn’t let them install a fan on my desk that’s how bad they are. They are unreliable, undependable, and they do not have true emergency service. TA Kaiser Heating & Air is a NIGHTMARE to deal with.

AC has went out in our rental home 6 times in 6 weeks. Kaiser has sent a tech out repeatedly (5 times), and not fixed the problem.
