I lost my assurance cell phone and tried to call the ph number thats on their webpage to talk to customer service about the lost cell phone. Also a separate issue with a different phone. For some stupid reason the call fails when I try to call from my real phone ; that I pay for monthly, from att. (Believe me Im not bragging att is not the shizzle by a landslide. Thats a separate rant) anyways whats the deal? Talk about frustrating . I even signed up through pissedconsumer.com and the call failed . Totally disgusted on a Friday late afternoon where Im sure nothing can be done until AFTER the weekend! User's recommendation: Don’t get one of these phones through assurance unless your absolutely desperate beyond desperate!
