I have not had a single positive experience with Roadway/Yellow. I get inbound freight and my suppliers select the carrier. I am guessing Roadway/YRC is the cheapest. I have sent fliers to all of my suppliers requesting they not use these guys under threat of my no longer buying from the particular vendor.. 2 and 3 day runs go out 6 to 8 days regularly. The WORST! The latest will arrive to me 9/21, oops now 9/22, now 9/23, and today tracking says 9/23. Unbelievable!! Got send another flier to this supplier. User's recommendation: Stay away!!!
