incompetence of telephone operators
Do not trust Livas Telecommunications telephone operators. They tend to be trainees who tell injustice. When I asked in clear Australian what to do to terminate the contract, I was told that it would be enough to bring a modem and not have to write any application. As a result, of course, everything is completely different - the application had to be written and another wire had to be brought (all this information was very important to me because I changed my place of residence). Instead of compensating for the incompetence of my telephone operators and allowing the services to be disconnected on the specific date when the modem was taken to their office, I have been billed for services that I obviously no longer need. Needless to say, the cable also had to follow again. But they are easy to connect to the services, they come there themselves and do everything, but it is much more difficult to "get rid" of the services. Be careful with them! For myself, goosebumps for such an attitude!
