They hide their phone number to avoid support calls.

I just wanted more information on my expected delivery and I can’t find a way to contact them by phone. That’s bad business. User’s recommendation: If you can, avoid any company not will to talk to you in person.

Amazed they are still in business

I have not had a single positive experience with Roadway/Yellow. I get inbound freight and my suppliers select the carrier. I am guessing Roadway/YRC is the cheapest.
