I have a Motorolla G5+ phone and the last couple of weeks, no-one can reach me by calling me. Each time someone calls me, they are directed to my voicemail. I am having trouble with text messaging, as well. When I try to send text messages, the auto correct or word recognition option is not working. Hence, I have to be very careful how I spell "everything." Also, my phone will not receive "any" text messages. I need help, for I am getting ~9+ voicemail messages everyday and no-one can text me. User's recommendation: Realize that you cannot actually talk to a Customer Service person.
