Account Balance refund

I wanted my credit balance to be refunded by check. They said they had to apply it to the original payment method (Master Card I had closed). Then when it got rejected they would mail me a check. Dunno why. Seems strange in todays technological world. User's recommendation: Check into everything first but all in all a good company. I would recommend.
