Original review updated by user Jul 10, 2021 Purchased Craftsman weed eater a while back and it stopped working. Called Lowes, they told me to call Craftsman. They told me to call Sears, they told me to call Craftsman. Then Craftsman told me to call Lowes again. Lowes tried to tell me to call Craftsman again, but I was done. After I told her what was going on, she told me I could bring it in. They would exchange it for a Kobalt, oked it with the supervisor, just had to pay the difference. When I got ready for the exchange, they couldn't do it. What a joke, after the whole run around, after 5 phone calls, and being told something. I even have a full shop of tools that are Craftsmans. Don't buy Craftsman User's recommendation: Don't by Craftsman tools.
