Good afternoon El Al Thanks for you I am puzzled... Just to clarify the El Al air flight ticket was bought with a credit card. I have requested a full refund from your website many months ago. I am asking for a FULL REFUND within the next 7 days. Failing this I will be taking this further to cival aviation authority. I look forward to hearing from you asap. Yisroel Hassell
