Bad company stay away

The only place to have them serviced is In Arizona other wise you are *** I’m in Wisconsin Don’t buy find a local place no battery’s required but the battery’s go bad after one year, and no way to get them serviced stay away from this company other wise you will be closed

Fly by night

Bought them. Less than a year later one broke. I called, no answer. Drove by all three stores. All empty. Called for days. Finally got someone to answer was told I could send it to arizona for repair. Shipping and service fees due before it would be returned. Less than six months later the same one stopped... Read more➤

Huge waste of money – $5,000

Shortly after I bought my hearing aids, the office I dealt with closed their doors. The company that was supposed to step in to help Zounds customers, Swift Audiology, told me that they could not purchase batteries from Zounds, and tried to get me to buy their hearing aids, like I was going to write another check...
