Bought them. Less than a year later one broke. I called, no answer. Drove by all three stores. All empty. Called for days. Finally got someone to answer was told I could send it to arizona for repair. Shipping and service fees due before it would be returned. Less than six months later the same one stopped working altogether. Independent investigation showed internal components rusted beyond repair. This time could not reach anyone. Only info available said zounds bankrupt no longer active. Had no choice but to buy new aids from established company. They work fine. Zounds took my money left me with defective product, and disappeared into thin air. Now zounds is back. Lots of splashy ads. I would not do business with them again if their products were free, nor would I advise anyone else to do so.
