Microphone is not working

Today on 17/07/2021i received the zb rocker xxl speaker through flipkart. But when I opened the box I found that the microphone is not working. What the *** quality control unit of zb is doing?I am really disappointed. Pls don’t buy it. The speaker looks very flimsy
