Poor customer relations/refund policy

Zappos.com… Returned shoes as they were not a true 10.5 US sizing. Wanted to buy a more expensive shoe…but since I paid with PayPal funds, they could not sell me a different shoe, and my monies paid will take up to SIX WEEKS to be refunded!!!
