Lost and damaged freight

Our company is a customer of YRC. We had a shipment that was damaged in transit and also a package was lost. YRC searched the terminals and could not locate the package. The shortage was noted upon delivery. Once the freight was opened the was some damage noted. We notified YRC and provided pictures. We were notified by Brandy in claims (her title is Claims Prevention Coordinator which tells you all you need to know) our claim was denied because the shortage was not noted. We have YRC's own paperwork noting the shortage. We are a small veteran owned business. Our PRO is:858-31****-* Our claim is:11-74****. Hoping YRC will take responsibility for what they have done.
