this outfit is a joke, as soon as you subscribe to their annual cloud they stop providing any kind of support then they tell you your subscription has expired after three months. cmon, who cant keep track of an annual subscription. they are either stupid or dishonest, either way, beware of this service.bea

No sound for video play back.

I just bought a YI action camera 4k+.few days ago. When I record a video, it fine. When play back the recording get no sound get out or I have to put near my ear to get a very little sound come out. Please help,Thanks.
