High pitch sounds

When I am out and turn on the camera and try and talk into it all you hear is a high pitch sound. There is no one to call or help. Don’t buy!!!! User’s recommendation: Don’t buy this! When there is an issue there is no one to help!

My card was charged two times

we would like to money to be replaced on the card and if you guys do not we will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and seeking further actions. User’s recommendation: Is the issue is not resolved I will not be returning as a customer.
