Can’t reconnect yi cameras. Says password error

I havent used my yi camera in about 6 months and when I attempted to reconnect, it keeps giving me wifi error although I have retyped the password (correctly) numerous times. What is going on? Ebenezer

Cloud Still not working

Hello, I received an email from Jhester to try and fix my cloud services and it doesn’t download them and Im paying for the service. I tried rebooting the wifi and my phone and I also unistalled and install the app back and still nothing.. It just says “Loading” and nothing happens. Please help.
