I am not sure why my email is already registered I’ve never once had this camera

I bought this camera today and I try to set up an account and it says that my email has already been used and is being used for this camera system and I have never purchased the camera before I need to talk to customer service right now

Cloud not working

Ive tried to get a subscription and its pulled off my card 3 times and still not letting me add my cameras or give me a option to add it.

Camera images are gray tint over image

signed up for cloud service twice by accident now I want to cancel cloud service all together the camera will not stop looking at the wall instead of my walk way. I can not see anything but the wall unacceptable. also no one would answer the phone lines. User’s recommendation: do not buy this carmera.
