Fraud, poor service

On November 16, item nr6539147 TP-link router was ordered. Reading the description more carefully, I realized that this product is not suitable for me and practically after five minutes I canceled the order by calling. Continuing to browse the 110.shop website, I found a router that meets my requirements. Call again and ask when I get the money back and that I have intended another product with them. To which the operator kindly offers me not to cancel the shipment but she will give a message to the warehouse and exchange it for the router of my choice. Well if such a possibility is agreed. The day I received the DPD courier email that the shipment would be delivered call 220 again to make sure everything was really done as I was promised.I was told that 95% that everything would happen as I was promised by the cameraman I was talking to on November 16th. I do not receive the package on the specified day. Contacting DPD I find out that the shipment has been canceled by 110.shop. By calling 110.shop, it is explained that the shipment has been canceled and the money will be received within 14 days. To my claims that it is their fault that they were not able to do what they promised, I received an answer that they had not promised anything and the employee remained extremely dull. I left a complaint in the contact section of 110.shop with a description of the situation, as a result of which an unknown lady called back the next day and announced that she had listened to all the audio recordings made while calling me at 110.shop and there was no agreement on changing the product. And on November 19, I didn't call to make sure the transaction was correct. In short, I dream it all. On the argument that if they lost part of the record I can make up for in conversations with such offices record. The lady remained aggressive and began to actively claim that I had broken the law. I answered them to read the laws, but the lady hung up. Never use this service because even audio recordings that they don't like disappear. The service staff is trained to lie in order to defend the interests of 110.shop.
