I paid on time and got a late charge, my account needs to be reviewed and see how many times this has happened. I am on auto pay so this should not be happening. I am very disappointed, if not rectified I will make a complaint to the BBB.
first i’m not eligible , then they send more shoes………wtf . I call and call and get the same runaround. I get about 8 letters saying why they send unles I send a pr-payment of at least $100…………Some deal alright. Washed my hands. User’s recommendation: Caution………They sells snowballs in August.
