Incorrect Invoices
I agree to pick up a router from Telstra with the option to cancel it free of charge within 14 days. I was told that Vodafone customer centers are not working because of kovid 19. And return the router within a month after the customer centers will be open. A week later I called and refused. Another week later, a Vodafone employee called and offered to think about a contract. There was no subsequent contact with this representative. When the MCCs started working, I returned the router. But I received an invoice for the return of the router 21. 92e. I wrote Telstra, and about a month later, a Vodafone representative contacted me and said that I had to pay for the fact that I would not return the router in two weeks. My Client Centers didn't work then. And that a Vodafone representative could not contact me. When I paid, there was another 42e bill, without being able to view it.
