Late and Incomplete Shipments

For the 2nd time, we've had to cancel installations and send employees home because of XPO's inability to give us accurate information. Tracking information on-line has been totally inaccurate. Past shipments from a repeating supplier would take 3 or 4 days. Notifications from both shipments started changing on day 5 with daily updates stating delivery the next day for 2 weeks. weeks.Use someone else User's recommendation: Use someone else.
