Simply criminal, degrading, destructive treatment of employees and even customers. Watching as the leader - hairdresser Natalia treats the girls and apprentices who work there, one can only admire their endurance, suffering contemptuous remarks, for gross public insults. Unfortunately, the same arrogant attitude is also received by clients who ask permission to ask for any additional comment or confirmation of the competence of the hairdresser or her suite. The professional work of the master is, of course, undeniably great, but the humane, humiliating attitude kills any pleasure towards this company and the person. I feel sorry for the staff who work there.
