Real Fraud
I am very disappointed with Optus. Optus offered television by telephone. I already had Optus internet, but since television is expensive we couldn't afford it was fine with internet. The dealer offered a senior package of tv for the same price. We are happy to ask again or nothing will change. No, no and again you will have a gift for three months, a full package. It was also three months. This month I receive an invoice of 31 dollars. Call Optus then. You see, I have not refused the full package. But where then promises that I will have a senior package for 18 dollars. No I am not asking for this gift that will continue after 3 Months at my expense. If a senior package then everything. Real fraud. It is not an honor for Optus to live at the expense of pensioners and the disabled who live on the brink of poverty.
